0% Flooring Financing Explained: New Floors Without the Upfront Cost

New flooring is one of those projects that pays off the day it's finished, but the upfront cost can be the thing that delays it for months. Financing exists to close that gap - here's how ours actually works.

How the 0% option works

We offer 0% financing for up to 21 months, meaning the price on your written quote is the price you pay over time, with no interest added if it's paid off within the promotional window. It's the same total cost as paying cash, just spread out.

Longer-term options

For bigger whole-home projects, we also offer longer-term financing with lower monthly payments for homeowners who'd rather spread the cost further out than 21 months. We'll walk through both options during your estimate so you can compare the actual numbers side by side.

When financing makes the most sense

  • Replacing flooring in multiple rooms at once instead of stretching the project over a year.
  • Pairing a bigger project (like whole-home LVP) with a smaller one (like hardwood refinishing) in the same visit.
  • Timing a project around a move-in date without waiting to save the full amount first.
  • Taking on commercial flooring work without disrupting cash flow.

No Pressure, Just Options

We'll never push financing you don't need - it's simply an option we lay out alongside your written quote so you can make the call that fits your budget. Every project, financed or not, carries the same one-year installation guarantee.
