Yes - all the LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl we carry is fully waterproof. You can mop it, spill on it, and install it in basements and bathrooms without a second thought.
Vinyl is waterproof; [laminate](/laminate-flooring) is not. Vinyl is also softer and quieter underfoot, while laminate is slightly tougher against surface scratches. For most rooms, vinyl wins.
Often, yes - as long as the grout lines aren't too deep and the tile is solidly bonded. We'll check during the in-home estimate and either install directly or skim-coat to level the surface first.
