Day two is treads, risers, and nosings, set with construction adhesive and finish nails so there are no visible fasteners. Day three is finishing - stain if you want it, three coats of polyurethane, and a final detail pass.

Yes. We remove the carpet, padding, staples, and tack strip, then inspect the treads underneath. Solid treads get built on directly; particleboard or damaged treads get replaced as part of the job.
A standard 14-stair installation runs 2 to 3 days end to end - demo day one, install day two, finishing day three. You can walk the stairs the next morning, with full cure in about 7 days.
That's the goal on most jobs. We bring stain samples to your home, brush them onto the same wood species, and let you choose before we order - you're seeing the real color on real wood, not a brochure swatch.
